Communicating with a narcissist can be mind-boggling, confusing, and often unproductive. But if you are locked into a relationship with a narcissist, such as an employer, a high conflict partner, an ex-spouse with shared custody, or perhaps a family member, you need tools that can help you deescalate and neutralize combative and emotionally-charged exchanges. This workshop offers a deeper understanding and application of the lessons written in my book, MAGIC Words: How to Get What You Want from a Narcissist.

My step-by-step approach offers simple, yet life-changing strategies that inspire cooperation. I provide templates for communication and discuss the ten “MAGIC Words” that will change the dynamic between you and your narcissist for the better.

Change can come in all different packages. Whether it’s divorce, career, retirement, or personal growth, change isn’t always easy. But the event itself isn’t always the challenge, it’s how you navigate the change that is key to success. No matter your event or your audience, my talk will aim to inspire. Topics include self-love, knowing your inner child, boundary setting, defining your truth, co-parenting challenges, dating after divorce, friendship after divorce, and anything in between. I can tailor my talk specifically to your audience, and create break-out workshops if needed. Click the button below to book a call with me.

So many of my clients have said to me after coaching them, “If only I learned this in college, I would have saved myself a lot of pain.” It is true, through my research, I discovered dating abuse starts as early as high school, and prevails throughout college. In a study conducted by the American Psychological Association, nearly 80% of college students experience some aspect of dating abuse. My mission is to change that staggering statistic. Through my compelling and emotional presentation, I teach college students how to spot emotional abuse, how to break up without being broken, how to navigate hook-ups, and find healthy love.

“Lindsey was super easy to work with, and her talk was so powerful, she had students lining up to speak with her. We can’t wait to have her back next year!”
